Teaser Tuesday, double teaser day

Happy Tuesday, everyone!


As we creep closer to the release of Iron Knight, several people have asked me for happier teasers. Or at least not so evil ones. (Which only means I'm doing something right, ha ha!) So, as a special treat today, I'll post TWO teasers. One happy(er), and one horrid, horrid evil teaser. Pick your teaser, or read them both at your own peril. >:D

Teaser one (happy-ish teaser):


But seeing her still made my heart beat crazily, made me long to pull her close and let that light consume me. If it burned until there was nothing left, would that be such a terrible fate?



And, teaser two (evil teaser):




My quest ended here, in this hole of darkness and regret. And, if I didn't die here, if I lived on forever, listening to the voices of those I'd wronged until the end of time, perhaps I would start to atone for what I had done.

    I have been avoiding these. But now that I have finished the netgalley I decided to take a peak. Teasers, indeed! LOL! Thank you for such a wonderful book. My favorite of the series. And I loved all of them!

    You are SOOOOOO CRUEL!! If Ash dies, I swear to god all the Team Ash fans will stage a riot!! While all the Puck fans go "Ha, ha,ice-boy!" or maybe, depending how he dies "what? how come we didn't get to kill him?" not to mention you will have two VERY ANGRY female faery monarchs on your hands... :)

    I have to read that book NOW!!! Ahh, why can't you give us a break and give us a really happy one instead of a normally happy one? It'll cancel out the dreadfully horrid one you posted today!! And if Ash dies... he just better not die or I'll... look, the point is HE CANNOT DIE!!! Please, Julie, let this book's ending cancel out the heart-wrenching ending that was in the Iron Queen. I cried every one of the three times I read it! Can't wait for the book, though, you evilly cruel genius!

    Julie, The Iron Knight was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

    Since it's the last book in the series, do you think maybe, maybe your publisher could send you on tour with lots of stops? Say, maybe including California??? (Okay, let's get specific...the Bay Area.) I've been jealous of those Kentuckians for too long!

    Can't wait to see what project you have next!

    I CAN'T WAIT! MY HEART LONGS FOR GOOD STORYTELLING!!!Oh and can you please do some more Sim stories? I discovered that you played Sims today and it put you as my number one favorite author. And on that Sims note, I built Leanansidhes cabin. With Ash, Puck, and Meghan in it. And I downloaded this mod a while ago that makes Sims in relationships woohoo without me commanding them to do so, so half the time Ash and Meghan are woohooing! teehee!!!

    Come on Julie TEASE ME!!!! no for real going into withdraws here! I love your teasing ways be they evil or nice... I have a question you said next year Ethan gets his own story (2012 right?) but what about Puck he can't hold a candle for Meg forever (not fair for Puck) So my question is this "Will Puck ever get his own happy ending, too?" maybe you address this in Iron Knight but i dunno cause its not out yet n your teasers aside i have not looked at the things peeps r posting (people who already have a copy curse those reviewers) and if your not may u please answer me OH AND WHERE IS MY TEASER you tease lol(i joking mostly lol)

    i'm a young writer and every time i have writer's block i read all three books and i'm over it it takes me about a half a day to finish eatch book and that's only if i'm left alone to read lol but i can't wait for this book to come out you are by far one of my top 3 favortie writer's you are in 1'st place thank you for writing such great books - chelsea
