Teaser Tuesday

Oops, I forgot that Teaser Tuesdays were set to come back in August. And, here it is, August 2nd. Well, better late then never, right?

So, here is the first Teaser Tuesday of the month, starring our two boys, and their eternal war...

“Having second thoughts?” Puck’s voice was soft and dangerous, a far cry from his normal flippancy. “I thought we put this behind us for now.”

“Never,” I said, matching his stare. “I can’t ever take it back, Goodfellow. I’m still going to kill you. I swore to her I would.” Lighting flickered overhead, and thunder rumbled in the distance as we faced each other with narrowed eyes. “One day,” I said softly. “One day you’ll look up, and I’ll be there. That’s the only ending for us. Don’t ever forget.”

    What a great teaser! I'm loving it because I've got to read the book already. Iron Knight is the most masterful story and the best of the series.

    Love your Iron series. I can not wait until Iron Knight comes out. I do not remember the last time I thoroughly enjoyed reading a series as much as the Iron series. So enjoyable. As for the tuesday teaser, I do not think they will kill each other. I have faith that you will remedy this situation in Iron Knight. Love your work

    that scene was both sinister, and completely AWESOME at the SAME FRICKIN' TIME!!!!You should've seen my "Iron Fey Jig" I did around the computer chair after I read it!!! OOOHHHH I can't wait until Iron Knight!!! :D

    I wonder if once Ash becomes human if that will release him from his promise to kill Puck since he will no longer be fae? Hmmmm...

    OMG! I don't think I could go on if either died. One of them dead would be really be upsetting. I still don't think either of them could kill each other.
