I think it how some folk think of faeries. But Germans may have a darker conception and know they aren't all pretty, sunlight and roses. The folk tales and mythos of my German friends, are much darker.
Steph - You're actually right about that. We don't have that many myths involving Fey but the ones that do are pretty dark and creepy. And there are no tiny, pretty girls with wings ;)
LOVE. It's incredible! Don't know about the Germans, but I would totally pick this up (you know, if I lived in Germany and spoke the language) Almost as good as a teaser :)
the cover is beautiful but the translation (as always) sucks...like The Mortal Instruments-Chroniken der Unterwelt.Anyway can`t wait for my friends to read it in german.
The cover is very pretty, although I prefer the English version, cover-wise and title-wise. I really like the model on the covers of the series, I imagine Meghan must look like her (or is her). :)
